Military Road Show & Traveling Musuem

Established in 1999 by a Vietnam veteran and dedicated to veterans of all countries, his collection and museum spans over fifty years of collecting and cataloging such items as attributed uniforms, medals, patches, magazines, pictures, maps and war souvenirs veterans brought home.  The Museum is the proud home of the first Vietnam Wall dedicated by Kalamazoo County veterans in memorial to the 53 men who did not return home.

The mission is to educate and inspire young and old alike by bringing military history to life.  This is accomplished through the use of the Military Road Show & Traveling Museum, known as the “MMIC” or Mobile Military Interpretive Center.  This unique mobile display consists of display cases with momentos brought home from conflicts, a 1940 BSA Motor Cycle from WWII along with Mannequins and torsos dressed in WWI to present day uniforms.  The MMIC can be tailored to your needs. If you would like more information regarding rates and available times, please call  269 344 5555
The “MMIC” is a tribute to veterans and not a glorification of the horrors of war.  It is our hope that through the exposure to the collection of militaria, one might gain a new insight into what our men and women have contributed and sacrificed to insure our freedom.
